Three Dozen Women Accuse Director James Toback of Sexual Harassment

More than 30 women have come forward to accuse Hollywood writer-director James Toback of sexual harassment and abuse, weeks after a New York Times exposé containing details of decades of similar allegations against movie mogul Harvey Weinstein set off shockwaves throughout the entertainment industry and forced examinations of its treatment of women.

Nolte – Fake News: Literally No One Believes Hollywood Can All Of A Sudden Police Itself

Behold the biggest pile of BS to come out of Harveywood yet: “Producers Guild Creates Hollywood Anti-Sexual Harassment Task Force.” Talk about putting the fox in charge of the henhouse, the thief in charge of the bank, the Cookie Monster in charge of the cookies. On what planet are we supposed to believe this announcement is anything other than window dressing for a cover-up meant to protect the status quo?

In Harvey Weinstein Saga, Young Lives Forever Altered

Like variations of a scene shot over and over again, there have been common hallmarks in the disturbing allegations leveled against Weinstein in the past week by some 30 women: A bathrobe. A request for a massage. A suggestion that it’s simply the way things work in the movie business.

Report: Harvey Weinstein’s Contract ‘Allowed’ for Sexual Harassment

Although the board for The Weinstein Company (TWC) has been claiming all week that no one knew anything about co-chairman Harvey Weinstein’s appalling behavior towards women (some of which he admits to, some of which he denies), that stand is going to be harder to hold now that TMZ is reporting that sexual harassment was “allowed” in Weinstein’s employment contract with TWC:

The Great Unraveling: Amazon Studio Chief Accused of Sexual Misconduct

Just hours after actress Rose McGowan launched a broadside against Amazon CEO (and Washington Post owner) Jeff Bezos with the accusation that the richest man in the world was “funding rapists, alleged pedos, and sexual harassers,” one of Bezos’s top executives, Roy Price, was publicly accused of harassing television producer Isa Hackett.

Sinister Cycle Continues: Terry Crews, James Van Der Beek Not Comfortable Naming Abusers

Just as one cannot imagine what it must be like for a woman to be assaulted by a man, so too is the idea of a man being sexually assaulted by another man an unimaginable act. That is what actors Terry Crews and James Van Der Beek claim happened to them. And as if to prove that the same sinister culture that protected Harvey Weinstein for three decades still exists, neither actor will name his abuser(s).

Bombshell: Weinstein Board Knew About Harvey’s Payoffs In 2015 (What About Disney?)

Out of the growing fear that the Harvey Weinstein sex scandal is about to spin out of control, is about to bring down those (like Ben Affleck) who are not useless has-beens like Harvey, the bombshell news that The Weinstein Company board knew of Harvey’s payoffs to women is being downplayed, especially by the Hollywood trades. Nevertheless, it is still a bombshell.

Disney, Weinstein Company Could Face Harassment Lawsuits as Scandal Widens

Michael Eisner and Jeffrey Katzenberg, who ran the Walt Disney Company during the Harvey Weinstein years (1993-2005), have both denied any knowledge of Weinstein’s alleged sexual misconduct during those years. This would include any sexual harassment settlements made during that time. The Weinstein Company also denies any knowledge. These denials could be tested in a court of law should those alleging harassment and abuse choose to press the issue of corporate liability.
