U2 performed before a packed venue in Paris on Sunday, just three weeks after the band was forced to cancel shows after a series of Islamic terror attacks in the French capital that killed 130 people. The band paid tribute to the terror victims and included a plea for Europe to be “open to compassion and mercy” in handling the migrant crisis overwhelming European Union countries.

California Gov. Jerry Brown has now left California, still reeling from the San Bernardino terror attack, and has joined the United Nations in Paris to battle what President Barack Obama and others regard as possibly the real cause of terrorism: global climate change.

As authorities continue to unravel the lives and plans of the husband and wife duo who launched a private jihad in San Bernardino, California, killing 14 and injuring over 20, the large arsenal they amassed is convincing investigators that the pair planned far more attacks than the single assault that ended in their deaths.
