Texas Shooter’s Imam Warned Members to ‘Be Careful’ of FBI Informant

The Iman of the Phoenix, Arizona, mosque attended by Texas terror shooter Elton Simpson gathered members years ago to warn them about a potential danger in their midst–but it was not Simpson he warned them about. According to a recent New York Times article, the Iman warned others in the mosque that he was concerned that an FBI informant had infiltrated the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix.

American government officials announced rewards of up to $20 million dollars for any information regarding four leaders of the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL): Abdul Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, Tarkhan Tayumurazovich Batirashvili, and Tariq bin al-Tahar bin al-Falih al-Awni al-Harzi.

American Jihadi in Somalia Encouraged ‘Draw Muhammad’ Contest Attack

A jihadist in Somalia believed to have tiles to Al-Shabaab was found to have tweeted a message demanding Americans attack the ‘Draw Muhammad’ Contest held in Garland, Texas on Sunday. The discovery of these tweets follows reports from at least one law enforcement official that the gunmen responded directly to Twitter requests to attack the event.
