Hillary Clinton doesn’t like to answer tough questions. In fact, she doesn’t like to be questioned at all about anything. For many years a compliant news media has allowed her to escape scrutiny. But times are changing.

Judicial Watch has had remarkable success in using the court process to obtain answers on the burgeoning Hillary Clinton email scandal, including from the former Secretary of State Hillary herself.

The State Department just admitted it doesn’t actually have control over all the email Abedin and Mills generated as State Department employees. Not only because they had accounts on Hillary Clinton’s infamous homebrew server, but because they were also using “personal email accounts located on commercial servers at times for government business.”

This has been quite a time for those of us demanding that the Obama IRS be held accountable to the rule of law for its abuse of innocent taxpayers. Judicial Watch received more documents that expose more Obama administration misconduct and lies in the IRS scandal. Now a federal court judge threatened to hold the IRS Commissioner personally in contempt over the agency’s violation of his court orders.

Judicial Watch has released more blockbuster documents from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that confirm that the IRS used donor lists of tax-exempt organizations to target those donors for audits.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told Breitbart News that Minnesota Democrat congressman Keith Ellison “has a clear record of obstruction and complaint about every sensible law enforcement effort in the war on terror.”

What some in the media describe as “an obscure court filing” has exploded onto the national scene in the form of a growing scandal over Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account to conduct government business.

Among a long list that ranges from embarrassing stumbles to a flagrant disregard for the rule of law is the disaster that occurred at our Special Mission Compound in Benghazi, Libya. Adding insult to injury (and death) are the lies that were told and the foot-dragging that continues in an effort to minimize the true accountability that this administration and its alumni (such as Hillary Clinton) so justly deserve.

Someone on Capitol Hill has taken notice of the lawsuit Judicial Watch filed last fall challenging members of Congress who are taking advantage of health benefits they are not entitled to claim. That someone is Sen. David Vitter (R-LA), who now chairs the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Committee.

In an interview with Bill O’Reilly of Fox News about a year ago, President Obama said that President Richard Nixon was actually more liberal in his policies than Obama is.

Contrary to what the Obama administration had initially claimed in its public comments, top U.S. diplomatic officials knew the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, was under terrorist attack on September 11, 2012.

There is a lawsuit that could bring President Obama’s federal healthcare crashing down under the weight of its own lawlessness. Judicial Watch filed an amicus brief in support of plaintiffs who are making the plain, obvious point to the United States Supreme Court that President Obama (or any other president) should not be permitted to rewrite federal statues in brazen violation of the U.S. Constitution’s separation of powers.
