Billionaire Donald Sterling sued celebrity website TMZ and an ex-girlfriend over the recording of his off-color remarks that cost him ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers.

Tuesday a Los Angeles Superior Court judge sided with the estranged wife of ex-Clippers owner Donald Sterling and ruled that V. Stiviano must give back all most all of the $3 million she received from the beleaguered NBA team owner.

In the kind of loving note that a man hopes to get from the woman he loves, Donald Sterling received an Instagram post from his former mistress, V. Stiviano, who posted a picture of herself dressed as an angel sitting on Sterling’s lap and informed the octogenarian: “I will forever be your ANGEL.”
