Matt Wuerker, the leftwing editorial cartoonist for the leftwing Politico, was met with almost universal condemnation Wednesday for a ‘toon that not only mocked the victims of Hurricane Harvey, but mocked the victims in most desperate need, those requiring rescue from rooftops.
