AUSTIN, TEXAS–Based on incoming Unofficial Election Returns from the Texas Secretary of State, the Associated Press has now called the GOP contest for U.S. Senate for Senator Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX).
Senator Cornyn defeated Curt Cleaver, Ken Cope, Chris Mapp, Reid Reasor, Rep. Steve Stockman, Dwayne Stovall and Linda Vega for the Republican nomination.
