A mother has accused a daycare near Fort Worth of restraining children with duct tape, according to a recent report by the Dallas NBC affiliate.
Now the state is investigating Heart 2 Heart Montessori Academy, after mother Lorrie Almquist said last week she received a call from the owner of the daycare about her son. The owner explained that her son was having trouble going to sleep during nap time, so they decided to duct tape him to his nap mat.

Breitbart Texas contacted the daycare for comment but they have failed to respond.
