Houston Man Arrested for Raping Infant and Teen, Giving Them HIV

HOUSTON, Texas — A Houston-based sex offender was recently arrested for allegedly raping two girls — ages 14 and 2 — and infecting the with HIV. 

33-year-old David Wilson admitted to police that he had raped the 14-year-old victim numerous times, Reuters reported. The teenager, the daughter of Wilson’s ex-girlfriend, reportedly became pregnant with his child in September. 

Both of the victims contracted HIV and herpes as a result of the rape. According to the Houston Chronicle, the infant — who is Wilson’s niece — additionally tested positive for chlamydia. 

Wilson was initially questioned after the 2-year-old was brought to Texas Medical Center in November 2013 with strange growths on her genitals. Subsequent to diagnosing the child with various sexually-transmitted diseases, doctors reportedly performed genital reconstructive surgery on her. 

Wilson was charged on Wednesday with super-aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual assault of a child. He is currently being held without bond.
