A former employee of a daycare in northwest San Antonio is facing federal charges related to production and distribution of child pornography with contacts made on Grindr and other mobile communication apps.

Nicholas Andreas Gonzales Malven, aka “Fister” on Grindr was discovered in an FBI child pornography sting and later arrested in San Antonio on July 29, according to court documents obtained by Breitbart Texas. The 29-year-old male was charged with distribution of child porn and engaging in sexual contact with a minor for the purposes producing visual depictions of the same. The criminal complaint indicates that Malven’s illegal pornographic content was produced while on the job at La Petite Academy location, featuring sexual assault situations involving a four-year-old boy. He also bragged of violating younger children to an FBI contact via text message.

“Just got to finger a 2yo and he said ouch first [SIC] then smiled when I got inside him,” Malven claimed.

The FBI special agent filing the charging document described six images sent via text message appearing “to be a male child approximately 4 years of age laying on a matt, that includes an adult male’s hand pulling the boy’s pants down and then touching the boy’s buttocks with his finger … Another image depicts … a penis.” Malven’s alleged photos depict a forearm with a tattoo later matched at the time of the arrest.

The FBI contact, “Nick”, demonstrated how he came into contact with Malven via Grindr, “a geosocial networking application created for gay and bisexual men,” according to the complaint. The pair also reportedly met in person on at least two occasions for the purposes of sexual contact and viewing child pornography.

If convicted, Malven’s charges could carry a 30 year prison sentence and a six-figure fine.

Lydia Cisaruk, Director of Communications for La Petite Academy told KENS 5 that Malven’s employment was terminated and the company was “deeply disturbed to understand the nature of the charges.”

According to the case docket, an order was entered on August 1 to appoint a public defender for Malven. The case will continue in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division. A copy of the initial criminal complaint by the FBI has been provided below.
