Twice-Deported MS-13 Gang Member Charged in Maryland Homicide

A member of the hyper-violent MS-13 gang stands accused of the vicious murder of a teenage boy living in Maryland after having been deported twice from the U.S.

Oscar Delgado-Perez, 28, is accused of brutally stabbing 18-year-old Christian Villagran-Morales to death in what appears to be a gang’s bragging rights. He was found near a car with Texas license plates and was said to be planning to flee to the Lone Star State before his capture.

Delgado-Perez was a member of the MS-13 transnational criminal gang and had twice been deported from the U.S. before the murder, according to The Washington Post. “He was just about to leave that day for Texas to flee the area. He knew that there was a warrant out for his arrest,” Maryland State’s Attorney Prosecutor Robert Hill said.

The MS-13 gang member, along with two of his associates reportedly stabbed Villagran-Morales more than 40 times after using a young girl offering sexual favors to lure him to a park where he begged for his life, authorities wrote in an arrest affidavit.

“If I hadn’t been drunk this morning, you guys would never have caught me,” the gang member told police after his arrest.

He had been working in the area as a roofer to support his 6-year-old child, authorities said.

Delgado-Perez had been deported twice from the U.S. according to U.S. Immigration and Customs agents. He was deported to El Salvador on October 24, 2014 and again on February 26, 2015. As a member of the MS-13 gang, he could have been prosecuted for felony re-entry, but for some unknown reason, U.S. attorneys in the region did not do so.

Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger appeared to almost apologize for arresting the illegal immigrant. He said his officers must not be seen as immigration officers.

“We have to strike that right balance,” Manger told Fox News Latino. “We’ve got to be able to go into those communities and have trust and cooperation.”

He seemed to ignore the factor of federal authorities ignoring their duty to enforce the laws to protect the residents of his community from violent gang members like Delgado-Perez who should not even be in the country.

The gang members reportedly used 19-year-old Vanesa Alvarado to offer a promise of sex to lure the teenager to the park where he would be killed.

Perhaps the lack of concern about previously deported criminal aliens expressed by Chief Manger has led to the recent rise in homicides in his county that have been linked to MS-13 gang members, The Washington Post reported. Montgomery County Maryland is at least 1,700 miles from the nearest U.S. border where gang members would enter this country.

Assailants with links to MS-13 allegedly stabbed one victim and then smashed him with heavy rocks as he tried to crawl away from the violent attack. Another homicide victim was told to “Get on your knees,” before he was shot in the face, neck, and shoulder in the Maryland woods, The Washington Post continued.

Despite these violent attacks against innocent people living in the United States, the Obama Administration continues to be lax in prosecuting the criminals who treat the American border as a revolving door.

2016 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump has promised an immediate solution to this problem with a commitment to begin an immediate roundup of these kinds of repeat criminals who have re-entered the U.S. after being deported. He has also pledged to secure the border to make their re-entry more difficult if not improbable.

Just recently, Breitbart Texas reported on a 5-time deported criminal alien who has since gone on a crime spree where he allegedly raped and otherwise assaulted at least 10 women in Austin, Texas.

In another recent case, a man previously convicted of murdering a U.S. Border Patrol agent has been allowed to continuously come and go at will across the U.S. border with Mexico.

Breitbart Texas has extensively reported on the crimes of previously deported illegal aliens in the U.S.
