SHOCK: 4-Month-Old Puppy Tied to Truck, Dragged

The owner was doing some work at a friend’s house and tied Bugsy’s leash to his truck. When he was done, he said he forgot the leash was tied to the mirror and drove away. Vets have to give the puppy pain medication every six hours.
