Dalai Lama Warns of Tibet "Cultural Genocide"

AP: Violence spilled over from Tibet into neighbouring provinces on Sunday as Tibetans defied a Chinese government crackdown and the Dalai Lama warned that the area faced “cultural genocide” and appealed to the world for help.
