Justice Department Approves XM-Sirius Merger

AP: The Justice Department has approved Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.’s proposed $5 billion buyout of rival XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., saying the deal was unlikely to lessen competition or harm consumers.
