McCain: 'We Are Winning in Iraq'

Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is highlighting his early support of the troop surge in Iraq. McCain says the U.S. would not be seeing success in Iraq if rival Barack Obama, who opposed the surge, would have had his way.
