Federal Judge Calls New Florida Gun Law 'Stupid'

A new law that allows employees to keep guns inside cars is so badly written it’s “stupid,” a federal judge declared. The judge declined, however, to rule on a request for a preliminary injunction before the law takes effect next Tuesday.
