Newly-Released Documents Cause Stir Over Obama Connection to '60s Radical

WBBM: On the third floor of the University of Illinois at Chicago Library, news organizations and other interested parties gathered Tuesday morning to start examining 137 boxes containing 900 files. The papers are records of Obama’s work with the Chicago Annenberg Challange, a non-profit group founded to help reform Chicago schools back in the 1990s, for which Obama was chairman of the board.

Among those who founded the group was William Ayers, now 63, who helped start the radical 1960s group the Weather Underground, also known as the Weathermen.
