The International Court of Justice hears allegations of ethnic cleansing by Russia in breakaway Georgian provinces. The United Nations highest court, based in The Hague, is holding three days of emergency hearings to halt what Georgia says is a campaign of ethnic cleansing by Russia in the rebel provinces of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
