Russian President Attacks Georgia NATO Move









Russia’s president is condemning NATO’s pledge to extend membership to Georgia as unjust, humiliating and intolerable. The Russian leader’s tirade came as more checkpoints were dismantled in Georgia in line with a French-brokered ceasefire deal although Moscow says it will keep about 7, 600 troops inside the breakaway regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
