Reuters: U.S. stocks had their biggest weekly decline since September 2001 as worries about the economy overshadowed the new $700 billon bank rescue law. The Dow fell 157 points to 10,325. The S&P 500 lost 15 points to 1,099. The Nasdaq was down 29 points to 1,947. Crude oil prices slipped to $93.88 a barrel.
