KNBC: The Secret Service said Tuesday that it visited a West Hollywood home where a mannequin of GOP vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin hangs from a noose. Deputy Special Agent in Charge Wayne Williams said the display appears to be harmless, albeit unusual.
