Mayor Bloomberg Proposes Massive Tax Hikes, Budget Cuts

WCBS-TV: The economic crisis has city tax revenues in a nose dive, and Mayor bloomberg is now proposing all sorts of tax and fee increases, as well as big budget cuts, to try to stop the flow of red ink.
