DNA Evidence Frees Milwaukee Man After 13 Years Behind Bars For Teen's Murder

WSAW: DNA evidence has helped free a man who was serving a life prison term for the murder of a teenage girl in Milwaukee in 1995.



The Wisconsin Innocence Project at the University of Wisconsin-Madison had taken up the case of Chaunte Ott, who was convicted of killing 16-year-old Jessica Payne, a runaway from South Milwaukee.
