Barney Frank Defends Calling Supreme Court Justice Scalia a 'Homophobe'

Rep. Barney Frank says he based his statement on “two opinions by Justice Scalia in which he makes it really clear he thinks it’s a terrible idea for people who are gay or lesbian to have equal rights.”
