NYDN: TV Newsman Mike Sheehan – a former cop who normally breaks stories – broke the law and became the news, police said.
Sheehan was arrested Monday night for refusing to take a Breathalyzer test after driving into an NYPD horse, prosecutors said.
The Fox 5 news reporter was arraigned Tuesday and charged with reckless endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated and impaired.
