Obama on 'Satellite' Launch: 'North Korea Broke the Rules'

AP: Obama has shifted the U.S. nuclear policy from the previous administration of George W. Bush toward nuclear arms reductions partly in hopes of pressuring Iran and North Korea to halt their nuclear development.



In the speech, the president pledged the United States will take “concrete steps” to help realize a nuclear-free world, and requested other nuclear powers to follow suit.
