WAGA: The tractor-trailer was traveling at a high rate of speed while the carjacking victim rode on the back of the truck.
Television news cameras broadcasted the chase when a man jumped off the back of the truck and onto the middle of the interstate. Armed officers surrounded the truck and it eventually came to a stop.
