100-Year-Old Swimmer Breaks World Record

Jaring Timmerman was the only one swimming in the age “100 to 104” category, but that didn’t stop the crowd from cheering him on!

He swam 100 meters in three minutes and 52 seconds — beating the old world record of just over four and a half minutes.

Timmerman says he started competing at age 80 years old and his secret is a good diet, exercise and a good spirit.
