NBC New York: A tattoo artist is suing the NYPD and the city for a whopping $220 million, alleging he was sodomized with a baton by a cop, according to his lawyers. Michael Mineo, a Brooklyn resident, claims his civil rights — among other things — were violated on a subway platform in Prospect Park in October, the New York Daily News reported.
