New York’s top fiscal watchdog is now threatening to withhold the pay of state senators until they get back to work.
State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli is filing a lawsuit in State Supreme Court looking for a decision on the legality of withholding the paychecks of state senators. State lawmakers are set to receive another paycheck next week.
