Politico: “What the Blue Dogs have done is just increase the cost in terms of negotiating,” Ways and Means Committee Chairman Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) (D-N.Y.) said on Fox News Sunday, referring to changes made in the House bill that would require the so-called public plans to negotiate directly with doctors and other health care providers.
