Fox News: A Yale lab technician arrested in connection with the murder of graduate student Annie Le was released to his attorney early Wednesday morning after authorities combed his apartment for DNA and other evidence.
No charges have been filed against animal research technician Raymond Clark III, 24, who was taken into police custody in handcuffs Tuesday night while officers and FBI agents searched his home in Middletown, Conn. Neighbors cheered.
