Raw: 10,500-Gallon Oil Spill in Houston

The Coast Guard says crews are working to clean up a oil spill that has closed traffic along 3 miles of the Houston Ship Channel. Officials say a tank vessel was trying to make a turn when it hit a barge. No injuries have been reported.
