KPTV: A Sherwood man said a school bus pulled his daughter by her backpack for more than 30 feet in an incident that was partially caught on camera.
The girl’s backpack became caught in the door of the bus and surveillance video from a nearby business showed the bus pulling away from the bus stop with the girl attached to the pack.
