WJHG: Panama City Police and Bay County Sheriff’s Deputies were conducting a joint narcotics operation and stopped a vehicle near the Turtle Lake apartment complex. When officers approached the vehicle, they say they saw 1 of the 4 men inside swallowing what appeared to be drugs. When they tried to stop him they say there was a struggle. One of the officers used a taser on the man, in what is known as the “drive stun” setting, meaning the probes are removed from the weapon, and the electric shock is applied directly to the suspect.
