Audio Forensic Center: Analysis of these two responses reveal that is far more likely that the words spoken are “Obama”, rather than “oh God”, for two primary reasons: (1) there are three syllables enunciated, consistent with “Obama” but not “oh God”; (2) the audible consonant following the “O” or “oh” vowel sound (IPA:[o]) is consistent with a bilabial consonant [b] (as in “bama”); and not consistent with a velar consonant [g] (as in “God”).
