NBC Chicago: An 81-year-old woman made a trip to target and got a whole lot more than she bargained for – a brain injury.
Claire Putman got caught in a malfunctioning automatic door at a Rosemont Target store and received such a drubbing from the contraption that she suffered a “diffuse brain injury” that caused lasting cognitive deficiencies.
