WCNC: State employees’ whose body mass index exceeds a certain limit will have to dig a little dig deeper, forking over higher out-of-pocket medical expenses.
“It’s very invasive of my privacy. I don’t tell my boyfriend what my BMI is much less the legislature,” said state employee Susan Strickland.
