NY Times: In an interview, Vince Morgan said Mr. Rangel, who has represented Harlem in Congress since 1971, had not adequately answered questions about his financial dealings. “He got caught with his hand in the cookie jar,” said Mr. Morgan, 40, who was a special assistant to Mr. Rangel and then his campaign director in 2002. “He is going to have to take responsibility.”
