The 25-year-old Chicago boxer received a fatal blow to the head last Friday during a bout at Philadelphia’s Blue Horizon. The ensuing brain-bleed could not be stopped and Francisco “Paco” Rodriquez was pronounced dead on Sunday night at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.
