Taliban Commander: French Forces Offered Us Money to Refrain from Attacking Them

Al-Jazeera: Seifullah Jalali, the commander of the Kabul front in the Afghan Taliban movement, said that the French forces in Afghanistan offered the Taliban large sums of money in return for the Taliban’s promise not to launch attacks against them. Jalali said, in an exclusive interview to Al-Jazeera TV, that the Taliban rejects such offers, and insists upon the withdrawal of all foreign forces from Afghan lands.
