NBC 15 Madison: Suspect Andrew Joshua Wirth got agitated this afternoon. He attempted to get up during his appearance in court. Wirth was then tackled and taken away by officers.
Wirth is accused of fatally shooting off duty officer Jennifer Luick and her boyfriend, Gregg Peters, outside a nightclub in the city of Jefferson early Sunday morning.
