WFXT: Kathleen Butts, of Auburn, NH, has been charged with Aggravated DWI and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police were called to Alpha Bits Daycare after hearing reports of a woman passed out in a snowbank. They found Butts passed out next to her car, with the car doors still open and her two children inside.
