NYC Strippers Charged With Prostitution May Use 'Lesbian Defense'

NY Daily News: Cassandra Malandri and Falynn Rodriguez are on trial for allegedly offering a cop sex for $5,000 at the Hot Lap Dance Club in 2008.





“One of their defenses may be that they’re lesbians,” Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Daryl Reed said in court Wednesday.





“We should be allowed to call her so-called fiancé to rebut her.”
