WXIN: Inside a shallow creek just outside of Ingalls, Indiana in Madison County on County Road 750 divers pulled the unimaginable out of the water.
“It was like a Stephen King movie,” said Mark Drinkut of the Anderson Fire Department.
“It was cause everything changes and their eyes are glowing.”
One by one, ten dead dogs, all various sizes were put in garbage bags. Officials say two of them looked like they could have been greyhounds but right now they’re really not sure. Divers are calling this gruesome discovery animal cruelty at its worst. They say some of the dogs had been decapitated.
