NBC Washington: Just four minutes after arriving, two paramedics determined that the man had indeed passed away. A forensics team was called in to determine that cause of death and collect evidence.
Around 1:30 p.m., a Prince George’s County forensic official called for an ambulance. The man was showing signs that he was alive.
