WILX: Attorney general Mike Cox thinks the health care legislation is unconstitutional and he has joined a dozen other attorneys general in a lawsuit to repeal the law.
“The bottom line is some people in Washington like the president, unfortunately and Congress decided that the Constitution was a little too unconvenient and sidestepped it on their way to getting reform,” said John Sellek, a spokesman for Mike Cox.
Governor Granholm is a staunch supporter of health care.
