The Hill: Vice President Joe Biden Tuesday morning would not say if President Barack Obama would hit the trail for Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.), but the president isn’t completely absent from the campaign.
Specter came out with a new campaign ad Tuesday that features a past Obama campaign speech on his behalf.
