Police say Travis Heard, 35, of Washington Park, Illinois, was on top of the roof of the Colony II in East St. Louis when the club owner, who had a gun, told him to come down. According to police, the club owner ordered the man to drop his phone and his shoes. The owner then told police he took the suspect inside to call police.
