Obama: Racial Tensions Worse When Economic Times Tough; 'Tribal Attitude'

President Obama held a town hall with MTV, BET and CMT on Thursday afternoon to reach out to young voters. When asked about deteriorating race relations in America, the President blamed the country’s economic woes.
